These Shift Terms (the "Shift Terms") are binding and apply to any order that you place for Shift MCP service (the "Shift").
1. Fees
With respect to any Shift purchased by Customer, Customer shall pay the applicable monthly Subscription Fee corresponding to the tier selected by Customer below (each, a "Subscription Tier"). The Subscription Fee shall be billed monthly in advance. Each Subscription Tier includes a monthly token usage allowance as set forth below.

2. Overages
In the event Customer's token usage in any monthly billing period exceeds the monthly token allowance included in Customer's applicable Subscription Tier, Customer shall pay overage fees at the per-token rate corresponding to Customer's Subscription Tier as set forth above. Overage fees shall be invoiced monthly in arrears.
3. Additional Terms and Special Conditions
These Shift Terms are legally binding on Customer once Customer places an order for Shift. In addition to these Shift Terms, Customer's purchase and use of any Shift is governed by the ByteBrew Terms of Service found at https://docs.bytebrew.io/BBSettings/termsservice (collectively and as each may be updated from time to time, the "Terms and Conditions"), which are incorporated by reference herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent any provision of these Shift Terms conflict with the Terms and Conditions, these Shift Terms shall control, including with respect to the payment of fees as contemplated herein. Please review the Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing Shift, as your signature below constitutes Customer's consent to be bound by these Shift Terms and the Terms and Conditions. ByteBrew rejects, and in the future is deemed to have rejected, any terms to the extent they add to or conflict in any way with the Terms and Conditions or the Shift Terms provided by ByteBrew, and any such additional or conflicting terms will have no effect. ByteBrew may update these Shift Terms from time to time by placing an updated version on its website, and any subsequent order you place for Shift will be governed by the then-current version of these Shift Terms.
